OPTION 1 - SOLID INSERT GUIDES

Solid Insert Blade Guides are the standard guides fitted to Startrite V/T/R/S bandsaws. They are a good all purpose guide and can handle most types of sawing, with good support of the blade.

These are guides require some setting for the holders, but once set are very easy to swap out the inserts.

The drawback to these guides is poor performance on high speed wood cutting. For guides that will better handle this, take a look at universal or universal roller guides.
