How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Typically an order placed before 12PM will be despatched on the same working day, if the item is in stock.
All our UK orders are placed on a next working day service, however we cannot guarantee it will arrive on the next working day. Some places, such as remote places in Scotland, and places such as the Isle of Wight / Isle of Man may take 2-3 days after despatch to arrive.
The time it takes to receive an internationally placed order will vary depending on where the order is going.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Unused items can be returned to us within 30 days. A 25% restocking fee will apply.
How do I track the status of my order?
Typically customers will be sent an automated email with a tracking link after the order has been despatched.
Do you ship to my country?
We try to ship to all countries, however some countries are not viable for shipping. You can request a quotation for shipping to countries outside of the UK in the checkout. Just put your basket, then request a quotation at the checkout.
