Startrite Woodcutting blade guide Upper Assembly. Suitable for V, T, R & S series bandsaws, including the Startrite Bandit & 12-S.
This blade guide assembly utilizes fibre blocks on either side of the blade as the guide & a thrust roller to reduce friction on the back of the blade.
These guides are suitable for high speed sawing of wood & non-ferrous materials. While their performance is considered to be not as good on high speed sawing as the Universal Roller Blade Guides, setting them up is simpler than the roller blade guides. They feature very little adjustment.
