Contact Us Form

The contact form collects data from non customers, to allow us to deal with enquires. Data that is collected from here includes name, address, phone number, email address, company and any photos you have chosen to upload as part of the enquiry. This data will be kept as long as required to deal with the enquiry, and will added to our CRM database, where they will be kept in accordance to our customer data policy.


Our contact form does allow the uploading of pictures, to help us gather information about machine issues customers may be having and diagnose problems faster. It is recommended that sensitive data is not uploaded through this system, such as payment details.

We keep the following personal information within accounting and CRM based systems: 

Name, Address, Phone Number, Email, Company details, Preferences and Purchase History. 

This information is stored securely and can only be accessed by limited staff, as it is required by us to carry out tasks set out above. This data is held indefinitely, and can be requested to be removed. 

Data collected via Google Analytics or WooCommerce, with the purpose of tracking how the website is used, and how people arrive to the website.

This data is stored indefinitely, with no personal identifiers such as name, address or IP address. Some data is collected in regards to the region the website visitor is accessing the website from.
